If you did not find exactly what you are looking for in our current offer, or if the available stock is insufficient, we are pleased to offer a pre-order service directly from manufacturers at highly competitive prices.

Through our network of trusted suppliers, we can source from a portfolio of over 1.5 million beads and components, including a wide range of materials, shapes, and finishes.

How the Pre-Order Process Works

1. Inquiry
Send us your request with a description or image.
2. Quotation
We prepare pricing and send you an offer for approval.
3. Approval
You confirm the quotation.
4. Deposit (50%)
We issue a proforma invoice for 50% of the total value.
5. Production Order
After payment, we place the order with the manufacturer.
6. Delivery Time
Production and delivery typically take 2–6 weeks.
7. Final Payment
After inspection, we invoice the remaining 50% + shipping.
8. Dispatch
Once payment is received, we ship your order.

Important Information

  • A 50% deposit is required to place the order
  • The deposit is fully refundable if the manufacturer cannot deliver or if the goods do not meet agreed specifications
  • If the order is completed and the remaining balance is not paid, the deposit is forfeited
  • A standard invoice is issued for all transactions
