How to resolve a damaged or non-repurchasing shipment?

  • If you find that the shipment does not contain all ordered items or is damaged please contact us by e-mail on koralky@koralkykatlas.cz and we will investigate the whole matter immediately.

Defective goods, incorrectly delivered goods or other problems with the goods.

  • When making a complaint delivered goods for any reason please fill in the complaint form carefully - see below. Without it and other documents (eg photographs or the goods themselves) used to assess the problem, it is not possible to start the complaint procedure.
  • All complaints are resolved within the statutory period of 30 days - however, usually within 3 days of delivery of all documents.
  • If we confirm our error in completing the shipment, we will ship the missing item at our expense.
  • Since our e-shop is mainly focused on beads and components made of natural products, Please note (as well as directly with the goods) that complaints due to minor color variations or minor surface defects, due to the natural origin and manual processing of beads and components made of minerals and wood, are not possible.

Withdrawal from the purchase contract

  • Any consumer (ie a customer not buying at a company or a self-employed person - the invoicing data must not state the ID number) can withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the shipment without giving reasons.
  • To process the withdrawal from the purchase contract, it is necessary to fill in the form below. Withdrawal from the purchase contract is not possible without filling it in and sending it.
  • In the case of a purchase for a company and as a self-employed person (ie when stating the ID number in the invoicing data), or if you are interested in returning the goods after more than 14 days from receipt of the shipment, the law of withdrawal from the purchase contract cannot be applied. instructions below in the "Return Request" section. Request for return of goods

  • For companies and entrepreneurs (shoppers on ID number) as well as non-business customers who would like to return unused and undamaged goods purchased on our e-shop even after 14 days from receipt of the goods, we offer outside our legal obligation to withdraw from the purchase contract the return of unlimited deadline.
  • To process a request for the return of goods, it is necessary to fill out the form below. Without filling it in and sending it, it is not possible to return the goods.
  • Please note that according to our business conditions, the return of goods due to the administrative burden is charged an administration fee of 10 CZK (0.2 €) for each returned item. An item means one type of goods - one line on the invoice or in the order form.
