What is a mixed mineral?
What is a mixed mineral?
These mineral beads are not, in the true sense of the word, natural minerals and cannot find themselves in nature. It is a man-made mineral created from several natural or artificial minerals.
However, thanks to the mixing of several types of natural or artificial minerals in a random ratio, a beautiful random decor is created , which in many respects acts very convincingly as a natural mineral.
How is made?
Mixed minerals are formed artificially.
- The base is a powder binder , from which the basic slurry is made.
- Pieces of another mineral are inserted into this slurry - fragments, or otherwise unusable small pieces, which would simply no longer find use.
- Everything is baked at higher temperatures and formed into larger blocks by means of pressure.
- In order to make the appearance of the beads as perfect as possible, they are processed in exactly the same way as natural minerals.
- Using water-cooled saws, they are cut into blocks of approximately square cross-section and the blocks are then cut into cubes.
- The cubes are then formed into round beads in grinding machines with a round grinding head, and at the end only a hole is drilled into the beads and it is done.
- Due to the fact that the processing of mixed minerals exactly the same as those completely natural that not regulate, and in relation to the initial need for the formation of materials using higher temperature and pressure, then the results of such a mixed mineral may become even greater amount than would stand alone nature mineral.

Notice!!
If you find these beads at another retailer stating that it is a natural mineral, or that it is mined somewhere , or even has supernatural properties that are attributed to minerals, please report such a fraud to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority.
