Tumbled round beads made from the rarest mineral on the planet - larimar. The beads have a diameter of 6 mm and a hole for a thread with a diameter of 1 mm. Larimar, also called Stefilin stone, or dolphin stone, is a very rare variety of pectolite in a light blue color and is a mineral that occurs in only one place in the world - in the Dominican Republic in the Caribbean.

Its high price, in addition to a single deposit on the entire planet, which is only about 1 km in diameter, is exacerbated by the incredible complexity of mining. The Dominican Republic, like the entire Caribbean, suffers from hurricanes every year, which, when they arrive on the island, means the flooding and collapse of all mine shafts and their subsequent excavation from the beginning. Due to these major problems, mining usually takes place only a few months of the year, and there are also years when, according to official statistics, no ore has been extracted. Larimar is undoubtedly the rarest mineral in terms of occurrence and complexity and cost of mining.

The beads are absolutely natural without any dye.
