Clear polyester fiber with a thickness of 0.8 mm in a spool of 130 meters wound on a spool. Unlike conventional nylon fiber, polyester fiber is slightly more elastic and stretches slightly when loaded or tightened, so there is no risk of breakage. However, it is not suitable for threading beads with sharp edges (such as wooden beads) or for the production of sewn jewelry. On the other hand, polyester is not as flexible as rubber - so it is a kind of golden center between almost inelastic nylon and very elastic rubber. A slight elongation of the polyester is just enough to thread the bracelets over your hand, and it is thus possible to advantageously produce bracelets that do not require jewelery fastening, such as carabiners.
