As soon as we prepare your order, we will contact you via e-mail with additional information regarding possible pick-up times, which you will also find here. The order will be ready at the address for 7 working days
in mode free storage time.
After this time, each customer is charged storage for extended storage time in the amount of CZK 10 for each started working day.
If you know in advance that you will not be able to pick up the shipment within 7 working days, it is you must contact us and extend your free storage period
(maximum order can be stored free of charge for 14 working days).
As our e-shop guarantees order processing within 2 working days, please watch the dates and count on your options for picking up the order, as we are not obliged to urge customers in any way and we are not happy to charge penalties for not picking up orders - see our Terms and Conditions
